No. Every mug is individually handcrafted, so slight variations in color, glaze, texture, and shape are completely natural. These small differences are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes. Most of our ceramic mugs are safe for both microwave and dishwasher use, making them perfect for everyday coffee or tea. For the longest lifespan, we recommend gentle hand washing whenever possible. Please check the product description if a mug has special care instructions.
Are your mugs food-safe?

What if my mug arrives damaged?
