We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team before returning your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

- Include the original packaging whenever possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package every order. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Handmade Characteristics
Our ceramic products are handcrafted and may feature slight variations in glaze, color, texture, brushwork, or small natural marks. These unique characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
