- Shipping rates follow the standard international pricing above.
- A US$5 customs clearance service fee will be added at checkout for all Middle East orders.

Customs & Import Duties
Most international shipments are delivered without additional charges. However, customs regulations vary by country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
For customers in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, a US$5 customs clearance service fee is collected during checkout to help cover local customs processing.

StillMug is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
